Robert spent 25 years working in the private security theatre. Ranging from high-risk assignments around the world, protecting heads of state to the glitzy world of the celebrity arena. In 2017 Robert transitioned into the business world, starting Cerberus sec and Investigations He built up a successful business in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Nigeria in the Intellectual property rights industry. Working alongside side govement agencies Along with this Robert put his past experiences to good use in setting up a security/Brand protection advisory company, which became highly successful.
Drawing from 30 years of experiences Robert along with Tom started Cerberus Commodities. Utilising the infrastructure and connections built over many years.
With over 30 years of international field experience, Thomas has operated in complex and high-stakes environments across the globe. His work spans from high-risk private security operations to leading humanitarian missions in post-disaster areas. He has been recognized with awards for his crisis management work.
He has played a central role in, building strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector actors. His unique ability to navigate cross-cultural and high-pressure scenarios has made him a trusted facilitator for sensitive operations and strategic ventures. Today, as co-founder of Cerberus Commodities, Thomas draws on his global insight, operational experience, and extensive network, with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
