Precious Metals

Gold, Silver and copper with full documentation and vault-reday delivery.

Metals & Strategic Resources

Cerberus Commodity facilitates the secure trade of precious and industrial metals sourced directly from licensed miners, refineries, and private sellers across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Whether you’re purchasing for industrial use, investment, or resale, our process ensures traceability, compliance, and smooth delivery.
We work with buyers, mandates, and investors who require transparency, proper documentation, and verified sourcing—especially in jurisdictions with stricter customs and financial regulations.

Our Core Metal Offerings

Gold (AU)
Forms: Dore bars, Nuggets, Refined (99.99%)
Origin: Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Mali, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, UAE, Russia
Overview: We provide gold with full documentation—Assay Reports, Certificate of Origin, and Export License. Gold is available for refinery contracts and end buyers (LC or TT) or CIF to major bullion markets (UAE, Istanbul, Hong Kong, Zurich). No qta to small or to large.
– Compliance:
Compliance & Certification in Gold Trade

Unlike the Kimberley Process for diamonds, there is no single universal certificate for gold. However, at Cerberus Commodity, we maintain strict compliance standards and only work with gold that is fully documented, ethically sourced, and legally exported.
To ensure this, we require and verify the following key documents for all gold transactions:

Required Gold Trade Documentation:

– Certificate of Origin (COO):
Confirms the legal mining and national origin of the gold. Issued by authorized mining or trade departments (e.g., Ghana Minerals Commission, Ugandan Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines).
– Export License or Permit:
Verifies that the seller is legally authorized to export gold. This protects the buyer from customs risk and legal exposure.
– Assay Certificate: Details the purity (typically 96% to 99.99%) and weight of the gold. Issued by accredited laboratories such as SGS, Alex Stewart, or national refinery labs.
– Packing List, Commercial Invoice & Airway Bill:
Standard international shipping documents for customs and tax clearance.

International Standards We Align With

We do not engage in trade involving undocumented, unlicensed, or potentially conflict-linked gold. All sellers must provide:
– Verifiable licenses
– Valid documentation
– Full transparency in chain of custody
Likewise, all buyers undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) screening to ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and sanctions regulations.

Tantalum, Zinc, Lead & Other Strategic Metals

– Overview: Sourced primarily for manufacturing and tech industries, these metals are increasingly in demand due to the green tech boom (e.g., battery and semiconductor production).
– Note: Limited volumes, often sold via long-term offtake or negotiated monthly allocations.

Sanctioned vs Non-Sanctioned Metals

In today’s global trade environment, distinguishing sanctioned from non-sanctioned metals is critical. Not all Russian or African-origin metals are under embargo—but some are, especially if they originate from conflict zones or involve blacklisted companies.

What Are Sanctioned Metals?

These include:
– Metals produced or exported by entities listed under OFAC, EU, UK, or UN sanctions
– Conflict minerals without Kimberley Process Certification or documentation
– Any product linked to human rights violations or unregulated mining operations
Attempting to trade these can lead to blocked payments, asset freezes, legal exposure, and reputational damage.

What Are Non-Sanctioned Metals?

These include:
– Legally mined, exported, and certified metals from licensed producers
– Products with clear chain of custody, COO, and compliant export documentation
– Deliveries structured through regulated financial institutions and logistics companies
Cerberus Commodity only engages in non-sanctioned trade with full traceability.

Compliance & Due Diligence

To ensure all metal transactions are above-board, we enforce rigorous KYC and AML checks in line with FATF guidelines. We also review:
– Licensing and origin documentation
– Export permits and tax compliance
– Payment channels and banking clarity
– Any association with embargoed territories or politically exposed persons (PEPs)

Required Documentation for Buyers

– LOI – Letter of Intent
– ICPO – Corporate Purchase Order (with target pricing and terms)
– CIS – Buyer Company Profile
– POF – Proof of Funds (MT799, BCL, RWA or similar)
– TTM – May be arranged in Dubai, Istanbul, Nairobi, or Geneva for contract finalization
All metal deals come with standard documentation:
– Certificate of Origin (COO)
– Export License
– Assay Reports (SGS, Alex Stewart, or government lab)
– Packing List & Commercial Invoice
– Optional: KPC where applicable

Logistics & Delivery

We offer:
– FOB from bonded warehouses or mining hubs
– CIF to Europe, UAE, Turkey, China, Singapore
– Warehouse release under refinery off-take agreements
– Secure shipping with insured, customs-cleared documentation
Most deals are structured under Incoterms 2020 and accompanied by SGS inspection for quality and weight.
